Shanghai – Luxun park circuit for music and audio community music park institutions or operated as lone – rangers in style without much funding. Some music - immaculately reproduced in miniature areas of park. Other music park mavericks draw large open area crowds with not out date or obscure tunes. Salvaged copy of original sound tracks, some leaders of band on mike first explaining and then demonstrating set of sounds designed to evoke migraine or the snuffs - but there is something particularly appealing about Chinese music characters operating in leafy CBD parks. Western tourist should take a visit - it is free.
